A. Our mail relay is configured to attempt delivery every 15 minutes for up to 30 days.
Q. What is the maximum size of file attachments?
A. There is no limit on the size of file attachments.
Q. How can I check to ensure my backup SMTP service is working?
A. Review your mail server logs and search for emails coming from mx1 or mx2.myriadnetwork.com.
Q. What happens if I change the IP or hostname of my primary mailserver?
A. As soon as DNS is updated to reflect your mail server information our mail server will immediately begin deliver to the new location.
Q. How do I add domains to my account?
A. You should submit a support ticket with the domain name and a valid email at that domain name. You can submit your support ticket via our online helpdesk at http://my.myriadnetwork.com.
