Moving your website(s) to Myriad Network
----------------------------------------
Below we have assembled the steps necessary to move your accounts over to your new Myriad Network reseller account. Steps are listed in the order which they should be performedin order to efficiently move your accounts over while minimizing any possible disruption to your current service and existing customers.

Please take the time to completely read the below information :)

Step 1 - Transferring Accounts (Existing cPanel resellers)
------------------------------------------------------------------

We are happy to transfer over your existing cpanel accounts. Please go to http://my.myriadnetwork.com, select "Service Forms" and "cPanel Account Transfers".

Once we receive the account information we will begin moving your accounts over. This process can take as long as 10 - 20 minutes per account depending on the speed of the tranferring server and the size of the account.

You will be notified once all accounts have been transferred.

Step 2 - Updating name server (DNS) information
-------------------------------------------------------
If you are using private name servers you will need to verify they are properly registered prior to switching DNS over for your domains. Please see the how-to in our customer forum for more information on the verification process - http://forum.myriadnetwork.com/showthread.php?t=176

Once your accounts have been moved over and you have verified your private name servers are registered you can switch the DNS over for every domain.

If you are using Myriad Network nameservers (listed above) you will need to contact your registrar and switch DNS over for your domains. This process varies by registrar and may take as long as 24 - 48 hours to update throughout the Internet.

At this point everything has been completed and your sites should be up and running from your new reseller account.

Uploading your web site
--------------------------------
You can upload your web site using any FTP client, such as WS_FTP or CuteFTP, or by using any standard web site development software, such as Microsoft

FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver. Certain files and folders are created by the server and will exist on your account. These items SHOULD NOT be removed as they may cause features of your web site to stop working.

Using an FTP client to upload
---------------------------------------
If you plan to upload your web site using the FTP protocol, you will need to know some basic information such as the host address, username, and password.

The host address is simply: ftp.example.com Your web site IP address may also be used as the host address for FTP.

Once you have logged-in, you will have several folders available. You will need to upload all web site files to the folder named 'public_html'. If you are planning on using CGI programs on your web site, you will need to upload these files to the folder named 'cgi-bin' located within the 'public_html' directory.

Using Microsoft FrontPage to upload
------------------------------------------------
If you are using Microsoft FrontPage to upload, you will first need to install the FrontPage extensions to your account from within your control panel. Click

the 'FrontPage Manager' icon in your control pane l and select the install option.

Once installation is complete, you simply need to use the 'Publish Web' feature to upload your web site to the server. The location to publish to will

simply be: http://www.example.com. You may also use your IP address instead of your domain name.
